BOBBY SIKES Rolling Stone on Rebel 45 GREAT INEPT TEXAS ROCKER 2-SIDER HEAR


Artist:   BOBBY SIKES and The RHYTHM REBELS  

Titles:   “Rolling Stone” / “You’ve Left a Broken Heart”

Label:    REBEL (Brownwood, Texas)   # PA-1018.  Label is red with black text.

“Nashville Matrix” is stamped in the runout groove.     

Year:   1960s? 

Condition:   Disc displays 100% of original gloss, no marks except for what appears to be a very small scrape on the B Side, does not affect play.  There are some imperfections in the vinyl, but these again do not affect the playback.  Both sides play very enjoyably.  Difficult to grade, but I would put it somewhere between VG+ and VG++ as a play grade.  Very rare, and a great item for the collector who appreciates the more primitive and crude sounding tracks from back in the day.  Give it a listen and see what you think.  I doubt you’ll find another copy of this one any time soon, if ever.
