The record is near mint, bright, shiny, clean & pristine
The labels are in the same near mint condition
The album jacket is losing some laminate at the front, top, middle
(see photograph) There is a small tear along the bottom side at the record entrance for 1cm. There is some general age tanning. Graded as Very Good Plus
