Notes: This 45 is another uncommon one. The Valquins (Velguins) sing on "I'll Cry" under the name of The Vel-Quin Singers.
-- You can hear clips of both tracks on popsike by searching 'Bobby Wharton'.
--The music genre here is a little tough to categorize. Some have called one side a rockabilly track but it is not as per the RCS website. It is kinda pop, kinda rock, kinda gospel sounding, kinda R&B. Listen to it and judge for yourself.
Record: Both sides are visually and aurally graded VG+. This 45 still retains most of its original shine. Both tracks play excellent.
Labels: VG++, just about perfect.
Reference: Discogs, Popsike
Shipping: I ship 45s in standard 7 inch, 45 RPM record boxes with cardboard inserts above and below the record.
