We require that all payments are made within 5 days of the auction ending.
If this is going to be a problem please let us know in advance so we can notify accounts.
All items have come from smoke and pet free environments, unless otherwise stated.
Items are always very well packaged for safe shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred within the postal system.
We agree to ship within 3 working days of receiving payment and our couriers quote 3-5 days for delivery, so we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 days for your item to arrive before chasing. In most cases your item will arrive much sooner.
(Please do note that there is a small charge for packing materials & time taken to pack the item, included in the postal charge. Please remember this when leaving feedback.)
We will ship abroad as required, but please request the postage cost before bidding as costs vary depending on item size and destination. All overseas deliveries must be paid for within 3 days (by Paypal only).
Paypal is our preferred payment method, but we will accept PO’s or CoC.
We do accept cheques but dispatch of your item will be delayed until it has cleared.
