BOHEMIAN VENDETTA s/t Original 1968 Acid Garage Psych
1968/Canada/Mainstream Records S/6106…… here’s a nice original Canadian pressing of this rare lp. The cover is in VG++ condition with light minor shelf wear, sharp corners show very light wear, there is a light bump on the lower spine, light spotty wear on the bottom seam, otherwise the cover is solid and clean with no splits or delete. The vinyl is in VG++ condition with a few light hairline scuffs/scratches and some minor light storage staining/mottling. The record plays fine with light occasional noise/crackle at cue and between tracks mainly and the odd stray light tick but nothing repetitious. I noticed a bit more noise while playing side two but nothing distracting. The labels have some light aging on one side, otherwise they're clean. After a series of ripping beat demos and a single for United Artists, even scoring a tv spot on Dick Clark’s Rate-A-Record, the Long Island bred Bohemians got a shot at a full lp on the legendary Mainstream label in 1968. Given the chance, this small group of teenage acid punks let loose with their monster, penning some excellent original numbers and warping a couple of very popular covers. The label delayed their album and hardly promoted it, relegating Enough to the cracks in the floor, but it screams. After their album went nowhere, members of Bohemian Vendetta formed the backing band for Faine Jade.

GRADING
MINT: I consider only New Unplayed or Sealed items.
M- or Mint Minus, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have a few minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
