MARC BOLAN/T.REX LP's X 5 - The Slider / Zinc alloy & the hidden riders of tomorrow / Bolan Boogie / You scare me to death / Tanx.

1. The Slider - 1972 EMI BLN 5001 - UK original LP plus inner sleeve - A-2U / B-2U matrices (machine stamped) plus 'Bobil Solid gold is gold' / 'The Mad monk' (handwritten) - G/VG- (INNER-VG+, Cover is intact but displays considerable surface and edge wear, Inner is near EX apart from small split bottom edge - Vinyl displays numerous noticeable surface marks and odd minor scratch but mostly superficial and overall plays VG to EX with some occasional clicks/pops on a few of the surface marks) 

2. Zinc Alloy and the hidden riders of tomorrow - 1974 EMI BLNA 7751 - UK original LP in gatefold sleeve plus inner sleeve - A-1 / B-3 matrices (machine stamped) - G-/VG+ (INNER-G,  Cover has a tear and piece missing at base of spine, approx. 10mm, and there is also a name in biro inside cover (see close up pics), Inner has small tear and is split on bottom edge - Vinyl itself displays a few more noticeable light surface marks and hairlines but overall plays Excellent throughout) 

3. Bolan Boogie - 1970s Cube HiFly 8 - UK reissue LP in stickered sleeve, 1st pressing - A-1 / B-1 matrices (handwritten)  - EX/VG+ (Cover is intact and displays some minor surface wear, Vinyl is near EX apart from light 'ghosting pressing' marks, no affect and plays near perfect throughout with just some occasional odd very minor clicks)  

4. You scare me to death - 1981 Cherry Red ERED 20 - UK (France pressing) original LP in gatefold sleeve with attached 24 page stapled booklet "The Marc Bolan Story", 1st pressing - A-1 / B-1  matrices (handwritten)  - EX-/EX (BOOKLET-EX+, Cover displays minor wear and there is a notable light crease near middle of spine and front cover (see pic), Booklet is near perfect but one of staples is detached from cover - Vinyl itself displays a few minor hairline surface marks and plays near perfect throughout)  

5. Tanx - 1983 Marc on Wax MARCL 504 - UK original LP in gatefold sleeve, 1st pressing - A1 / B1 matrices (handwritten) plus 'BILBO TAPE ONE / NO EXCUSE - FIVE MORE TO GO'  - G+/EX (Cover is fully intact but displays ageing stain marks both outer and inner - Vinyl itself displays just a few slight hairlines plus there is some light age stain marks on labels and plays virtually perfect throughout)  

Additional Notes - All items graded using the universal RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM and  PLAY TESTED. Additional gradings used, like VG+,  EX-,  EX+ etc. which I'm sure most people are familiar with. Basically in addition to the usual R.C. gradings, the following apply -

M- The record visually is virtually perfect except for the very faintest of hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is virtually perfect except for the faintest of audible noise in run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is virtually perfect except for very minor creases from handling.

EX+ The record visually is near perfect except for a few faint hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is almost perfect except for some very minor audible noise in the run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is almost perfect except for a few very minor creases/wear.

EX- The record visually is almost excellent but displays rather more noticeable hairline and very light surface marks but no scratches. Playing, the record is almost excellent but displays slightly more noticeable noise in run-ons or between tracks (crackle) plus additionally the odd minor 'pop/click'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays rather more noticeable creases/wear or slight discolouration with age but no seam splits.

VG+ The record visually displays noticeable light surface and hairline marks but only the occasional minor scratch. Playing, the record displays light crackle in the run-ons and occasionally between tracks and slight background noise, occasional 'pops/clicks'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays light-normal wear around edges, spine etc. with minor marks but no tears or major defects.
