Recorded February 1989 at Baby Monster Studios.

Track 8 originally appeared on The Way It Is compilation (Rev7).
Track 9 originally appeared as an unreleased bonus track on the Speak Out CD (Rev9).
Recorded at Gashouse Studios.

Tracks 10 to 20 originally appeared as the Speak Out LP (Rev9).
Track 21 is an unreleased song from the Speak Out sessions.
Recorded at Electric Reels Studios, March-December 1987.

Track 22 originally appeared on the Together compilation (Rev2).
Track 23 originally recorded for the ill-fated unreleased Changing Of Leaves compilation for Wishingwell Records.
Both tracks recorded at the same time at Gashouse Studios.

Tracks 24 to 32 originally appeared as the Crippled Youth Join The Fight 7" on New Beginnings Records.
Recorded and mixed December 1985 at The Downstairs Studio.
