Visually graded condition of disc:  Unplayed - disc has never been removed from autographed plastic sleeve 

In 1988 a close friend of mine at Polygram had the band sign a 15 copies of this picture disc for our radio station here in Grand Rapids Michigan as giveaways. I kept 5 and now, this is the LAST copy for sale.
A couple of the names smeared, but that happened when they wrote the autographs - the discs were stacked on top of each other.
The title label has since fallen off after 27 years. I secured it with a small piece of tape for the photo in this listing. You will receive the label loose in your package. You can decide whether you wish to re-glue it on the disc (which would be quite easy, but I'll let 'you' do it).

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
