The matrix numbers are LBL 83056 A?1 and LBL 83056 B?1 

PLAY GRADES in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition.

Front laminated picture sleeve shows some ringwear, with light creasing and light rubwear to the edges. Some age related browning to the unlaminated rear. Name written in top left corner, and initials written bottom right corner. The spine is unflattened and fully legible (see pictures)

The labels are clean (see pictures)

Poly-lined inner sleeve, no splits or tears (see pictures)

Original 12 page stapled booklet fully intact. Initials written on pages 2, 3 and 12 (see pictures)
