Description

This is a fine U.K. pressing copy of the debut LP by British punk/power pop group the Boys, released in 1977.  The record includes the group's first two singles along with a high energy cover of the Beatles' "I Call Your Name." For those into the minutiae: It's unclear from Discogs whether this copy is from the original pressing or an early repressing.  The difference between the two is a sticker on the front cover announcing that the record is "Now marketed by RCA Limited," which this copy has.  Since the runout etchings are basically the same as the first pressing, I'm inclined to believe there was just that pressing.  The jacket has light creasing in the front cover and along the spine and seams, and is otherwise close to pristine (EX).  There is an address label of a former owner (I presume) on the back cover.  The disc is clean with a little light scraping and scuffing, and plays close to M- with a little light surface noise (EX+).

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
