rare German first press vinyl 15LP box set released in the 1960s on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with LARGE TULIPS and catalognumber 104973/87. The velvet clothbound box with gold imprint lettering, complete with heavy booklet and vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect! Best copy I have seen in many years.
This set includes famous reference performances feat. Christian Ferras, Pierre Fournier, Eduard Drolc, Amadeus Quartet, Drolc Quartet, Trio di Trieste, Pierre Barbizet, Karl Leister, Christoph Eschenbach, Georg Donderer, Gerd Seifert, Cecil Aronowitz, Rudolf Firkusny, William Pleeth... recorded with true audiophile soundquality... see photo.
