CONDITION - RECORD: NEAR MINT - ALTHOUGH IT IS SLIGHTLY 'DISHED' IT PLAYS PERFECTLY WELL. I have played the record and the playing condition is PERFECT on BOTH SIDES - no ticks, no noise, no audible sign of wear. The surfaces are shiny and have no visible marks.
