HEALING OF THE LUNATIC OWL
I've had this LP for around 43 years,
And it is the UK issue.
In the 1960/70s I had a Saturday job in a record shop, as you can imagine most of my pay went on records, I have just rediscovered them after my parents passing, I would like to feel others would enjoy them as much as we did.
I have just played this LP after some years & it gave a good sound, one or two light pops in the middle of “hide from the dawn” but I now do remember, most copies of this LP were returned to the distributors because of a slight hiss in the background, I don’t know if this was a pressing or recording fault, but it must be why this amazing LP never sold and was the death of this excellent band, having said all that, the playing surface has a high shine with only a few light hairline marks, as I say the sound is almost “like new” with the above in mind.
The Cover has just a few short light creases to the front and just a little ballooning along the spine edge and just a few light signs of age to the back NO tears or stains. The record labels are all excellent.

I remember seeing Brian Wilshaw of Brainchild turns up some years later playing Sax on Bowie’s Sound & Vision tour.
This record will be securely & well packed in layers of heavy-duty card and wrapped in heavy weight paper to avoid damage.
I FEEL I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES NOW EBay HAVED IMPOSED A 10% COMISSION ON THIS COST, I ALWAYS PACK MY RECORDS IN THE VERY BEST WAY POSSIBLE, THIS IS QUITE TIME CONSUMING AND NOT WITHOUT COST.
I ALWAYS USE 1ST CLASS POST, THE P&P CHARGES ARE CLEARLY STATED WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
I will give good postage discounts for multiple purchases.
