This is the ORIGINAL 1969 DECCA issue of this RARE single...record nukmber F-12891. The "A" side, DICK BARTON THEME (THE DEVIL'S GALLOP) is in LIKE NEW condition, with some light non-audible surface marks. The label on this side was poorly glued, and shows a few wrinkles but they really are unworthy of concern. The single looks and plays great. On Side two, BREAKDOWN BLUES, there is some minor surface noise from the surface marks, most notable at the beginning, but the record plays just finem and the label is properly glued here. As most collectors know, this is an extremely rare single, the first to have ELTON JOHN playing piano, BEFORE he had changed his name from Reginald Dwight. Elton played piano in the band. Other members: Bernie Calver (bass); Caleb Quaye (quitar), Roger Pope (drums) and two Jamaican percussionists Rolfo and Lennox.Payment in U.S. dollars via International money order,BidPay.com, cash or in the U.S. and Canada personal check.
