Description
BRIAN ENO Apollo Atmospheres & Soundtracks 1983 EG 1st Press ENO 5 Ambient LP
Brian Eno’s Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks is one of the defining ambient records of the 1980s, created as the soundtrack to Al Reinert’s documentary For All Mankind. Recorded with Daniel Lanois and Roger Eno, the album blends synthesizers, treated guitars, and tape treatments into slow-moving, weightless compositions that mirror the imagery of space exploration.
This is the original U.S. pressing on EG Records, catalog number ENO 5, issued in 1983. The record features the cream Editions EG labels and the textured lunar-surface cover. Vinyl is exceptionally clean and glossy, making this a strong-playing copy of a highly sought-after ambient classic.
