No rips, No tears, No seam splits, No pen/pencil writing anywhere on the cover. Spine is beautiful. Cut corner along top right edge is all that keeps this cover from a Near Mint grading (see pic.)

Vinyl will be professionally cleaned on the VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine just prior to packing to insure maximum fidelity, and placed in a brand new rice paper inner sleeve.

Album will come custom packed in an industry standard LP mailer and additionally protected with dual 12¼"x12¼" squares of corrugated cardboard to protect your LP during transit.
