Sorry but I can not find this number "845.542 BY" at Discogs.
But I guess that this version is close to 1st pressing (or 1st pressing actually).
Very old styled version - The cover/disc/all.
PHILIPS STANDARD 840.542 BY
COVER : VG++ Flip-back cover. Some spine/edge wear, however NO tear/split. Some lightly & small stains.
DISC : VG++ Rarely seen GREEN PHILIPS LABEL. Plays fine.
