Description
TITLE/INFO: If you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" music, please continue to check in on my site as I have many more items to sell yet - LPs, 45's, CDs, and more - thank you in advance. This "Promotional Copy - Not For Sale" late '50's soundtrack LP - with the super sexy two sided jacket cover - is entitled "Original Sound Track Album Music" from two different movies of that time - but it's definitely not the music that makes this LP so highly collectible. One side features music from the movie, "Love Is My Profession" which starred Brigitte Bardot and pictures her on that side's full sized cover. The other is from "Where The Hot Wind Blows" and stars Gina Lollobridgida, who is likewise pictured on that side of the jacket's cover. So, the two very sexy, superstar actresses from the late '50's pictured on one album cover - on different sides - is what makes this album so very collectible, and it's even a "Promotional Copy" release. This LP was released back in the late 1950's on the Everest Records label - Hi-Fi Long Play - and the song titles, labels, and especially the super sexy cover photos are all shown in the pictures above, so please check all of them out. The record and jacket are both in excellent to near mint condition, but again, please read on and check out all of the pictures above. FYI, I will be listing other LPs, 45's, and more in the future, so if you are a fan of the old days of music and more, please bookmark my sight - thank you. LABEL INFO: This white labeled, promotional Everest label (LPBR-5076) - in mono - is super clean and nice with no issues in need of mentioning at all. I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circles which indicates to me that it had very light play. VINYL INFO: The record is also extremely shiny, clean, and nice - and again, I don't see any flaws. In my opinion, it also looks practically like new and appears to have been played very little. JACKET: Finally, the ever important jacket is excellent to near mint too - but does show just one fairly insignificant flaw - a small and really light bit of writing on the Gina L. side, but it is quite minor and practically unnoticeable (please see the last two pictures shown above). In fact, please view all of the pictures above and make your own decisions on everything. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this great LP with both sexy actresses pictured on different sides of the jacket is in truly excellent shape, and as always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save on postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time, wait for my invoice (not EBay's), and pay for each item as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 100's more to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are original pressings and in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $5.00 (Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for the first LP purchased, and then just $.50 per album after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $26.00 for this LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
