Description
THE BRIKS-45-“Foolish Baby” b/w “Can You See Me”-Bismark Records #BK-1013-Powerhouse 1966 Denton TEXAS Garage-Punk. Most of you know both sides from assorted comps (TEXAS FLASHBACKS etc)—if not familiar with, A side is heavy-handed Yarbirds-rave up garage punk: Mean vocal, mean and lengthy lead guitar/harp break; B side is of the same nature but has some Folk-Punk overtones-both sides great. On the Original TEXAS label (was also released Nationally on Dot).
Condition: Record is difficult to pinpoint a grade—somewhere between a strong G+ to almost VG- but not quite—looks really nice upon initial view-but under a spotlight and in certain light angles you can see some light wear, and surface and paper scuffs; plays great with minimal background noise (if any). NOTE THAT WITH REALLY RARE RECORDS LIKE THIS I AM VERY CRITICAL WHEN DESCRIBING--to the smallest detail---
Label clean both sides
