Rare British Jazz LP Dick Morrissey Quartet Storm Warning UK Mercury 1965 with Phil Seamen, the best British jazz drummer ever
Cover: 1/2" triangle of creasingtop left ; some ragging about 5" bottom edge ; thin lifting of cellophane left edge tiny bumps right corners ; light ring wear near lower edge. Main body overall very nice Reverse very slightly grubby in places, nothing too serious
Disc: Exceptional sound quality throughout. Retains full original bloom. S1 T2 has a handful of VERY light catches which, from MY point of view do not spoil the enjoyment
This is an exceptionally enjoyable recording, with four artists at the top of their game, and each one treating us to individual virtuoso solos throughout the entire session. If you are a British Jazz afficionado, I cannot recommend this recording too highly
