Description
Le London All Star: British Percussion, feat. Jimmy Page (pre-Yardbirds & Led Zeppelin), John Maccloughlin, Arthur Greenslade a.o. This is the ultra rare & sought after French orig pressing, from 65. Featuring 3 songs co-written by Jimmy Page (liner notes: “... just listen to the sounds of this boy who is only 18 years old...”) - whose fierce fuzzy solos are all over this LP. Instrumental from a-z. Disc is Near MINT, very clean & barely played. Cover is EXCELLENT, minimal, some light dirt markings on back, which can be cleaned up. Superb copy of this ultra rarity, probably auctioned for the 1st time on ebay here.
GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
