Grading of our records and sleeves:
Mint = NEW unplayed, sleeve is NEW
NM = NEW to almost NEW generally 100-90% of a so called perfect copy, nearly unused, might have the odd hardly noticeable mark, light scuff or hairline scratch, sleeve between almost NEW and NEW, guaranteed no noise, pops clicks on vinyl. Most items we sell are new or as new
Excellent/VG++/NM-- = around 90% of an unused copy, contains light user marks, almost NM but with some minor non audible marks, like a scuff or a minor cosmetic scratch
VG+ = generally medium used 85-65% of a new copy, played with care, mostly contains some cosmetic scratches, non audible though, sleeve might have one or two minor defects
VG = generally much used 65-45% of a new copy, can contain some beginning defaults on the vinyl which can be audible, in general the record has many scratches and is much used, not abused. Sleeve can contain 3 or more minor to major defects like ear, seam split, ringwear all at the same time
We are selling many NEW and NM records which were bought at our supplier but even these new records can obtain minor marks from pressing plants
