This is the BROPHY COLLEGE PREP It's a Brand New Day LP PRIVATE ACOUSTIC CATHOLIC XIAN FOLK circa 1960s releaseed by the Brophy Dads Club label out of Phoenix, singing priests with guitar!!   Vinyl is VG with a few light surface marks on side 2, cover has some slight shelf/ring/corner wear.   Rare find!!
