A BAND THAT seemed to knock out albums two to the dozen in the early seventies but never quite hitting pay-dirt artistically or commercially. All their early albums are OK but this is the record that really put them on the map, the band crafting one of the best mid seventies hard rock albums relying heavily on tough-guy riffs, great vocals and killer hooks. Fully immersed in arena rock. the band take on the competition from Starz, Montrose, Aerosmith right through to Foghat.
Of course the killer track on this album is 'Martian Boogie' a seven minute romp of premium grade rock with its hilarious lyrical content. You just have to hear this track.
Totally recommended if you are into high energy seventies style rock with all the trimmings.
Tough to score and this one is in near perfect shape!
This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Superb clean and shiny condition. No spindle marks and no other signs of use. Grades as top shop fresh MINT!
Cover: Again, no signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated cover - still retains printers bloom. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight, stiff and totally uncrushed. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 42 years after release. Grades as shop fresh MINT!
