CONDITION: The record and Play:Back mini-magazine, which was sent out with the record, are M-. The Play:back sleeve is VG, and has the names of the three artists in pen on the cover. Still in its original mailing envelope, which also has the artists' names written in pen, and rips from where it was originally opened in the early '70s.

This special 7" 33 1/3 release was sent to disc jockeys and members of a CBS/Columbia music club... but was never sold in stores. This was the only way to get the classic track "Rosalita" on a 7" back in those days.
