I can't find another example of this on eBay so not many clues about it!
Bruce Springsteen - A Journey Thru the USA. Recorded live at The Spectrum, Philadelphia on 18th September 1984.
Yellow vinyl album on the Rock Records label.
Includes Dancing in the Dark.

I’VE REPORTED THIS TO EBAY WHO TELL ME IT’S A TECHNICAL FAULT THEY ARE WORKING TO FIX.
PAYMENT AND POSTAGE
A tracking number will almost always be recorded on eBay for your item, once posted. Normal Second Class packets will have a tracking number automatically generated on the receipt.
Items small enough to go as a Large Letter will be sent Signed For, which is necessary to generate a tracking number.
Any items sent by Standard Letter will not be sent Signed For, in order to keep costs down. There will therefore be no tracking number.
Payments – please make payment within three days of the auction end, My eBay tools automatically open an unpaid case if payment isn’t made after eight days. However, if you have any problem completing the sale PLEASE LET ME KNOW, so that the transaction can be cancelled by mutual agreement and I can relist the item.
