Up for sale in this auction is a rare STILL SEALED audiophile LP for Bruce Springsteen's classic LP, "Darkness On The Edge Of Town". This pressing was half-speed mastered and released by CBS Master Sound, known for their audiophile pressings. Long out of print. Vinyl is assumed to be Mint as the record has never been opened to our knowledge. Jacket is in VG to VG+ shape with some light wear around the edges (most notable on the top edge where the shrink has some very small holes in it - looks like something got snagged a bit on it at some point - not horribly detrimental but must be noted for completeness). There is also some creasing near the bottom right of the front of the jacket (more noticeable on the left of the back side of the jacket - see photos where I've photographed the corner to show the crease line. On the front it's barely noticeable)! Rated from VG to VG+ because of this crease and the light wear on the top of the jacket. Very rare to find a still sealed copy of this audiophile record!

• SS  Still Sealed 
• M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
• VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
• G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
