Side One: Saint in the City, The Greatest Story Ever Told, The E Street Shuffle. Side Two: New York City Serenade, Lost In the Flood. Side Three: For You, Night, 10th AVenue Freeze-Out (slow), Does This Bus Stop at 82nd Street?, You Never Can Tell. Side Four: Wear My Ring Around Your Neck, It's My Life, Sha La La, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Up on the Roof.

Cover: Shrink wrap is coming loose. Hole in the center of bottom spine.

Vinyl: Near mint. Sound quality varies with almost every track. Some tracks sound above average while a few are a bit muddy. Side one, with it's spoken story, sounds pretty good. The version of "Santa Claus" sounds like the same one that is a holiday radio classic but this one was recorded in the audience.
