This sale is for a copy of "The River" a 2-LP set by Bruce Springsteen. This is from 1980 (1st pressing) on Columbia PC2-36854. This is the rare WHITE LABEL promotional issue. This comes with the lyrics insert & the custom inner sleeves. There is a gold "promotional" stamp on the back cover. The songs are "The Ties That Bind", "Sherry Darling", "Jackson Cage", "Two Hearts", "Independence Day", "Hungry Heart", "Out In The Street", "Crush On You", "You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)", "I Wanna Marry You", "The River", "Point Blank", "Cadillac Ranch", "I'm A Rocker", "Fade Away", "Stolen Car", "Ramrod", "The Price You Pay", "Drive All Night" & "Wreck On The Highway".

  • Cover : The cover is in VG++ condition with some light wear on the edges (no splits) but otherwise this is really nice. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in VG++ condition on all sides with several very light surface scuffs that is so common with the 1980's Columbia vinyl.


  • Labels : The labels are in NM condition.
