I hesitate to call this Mint as I prefer not to oversell anything, but each LP looks practically looks unplayed. At the very worst it has to be EX+. The only marks I can see are a couple of very light scuffs on side 4, which wouldn't affect playback. Cover and inserts have minimal wear, a great copy.
