Just returned from a fantastic road trip, we're up and running again, ready to offer terrific music to all our customers, old and new!  We will focus on LPs, 45s and 78s and will begin here by offering some serious Jazz gems, all in the condition you've come to expect from Spirit of Sound.  All offerings are visually graded. Should there be flaws, I will certainly describe them to the best of my abilities.  Also, I am pleased to play grade any item on request.  
BUD POWELL, THE AMAZING BUD POWELL, VOL 1;  Blue Note BLP 1503, 47 West 63rd, New York 23 address, 1958.  Deep Groove.  RVG with Ear in Trail Off Deadwax (BN-LP-1503A/BN-LP-1503B).  Mono.  Powell on piano with Fats Navarro, trumpet; Sonny Rollins, tenor sax; Tommy Potter and Curly Russell, bass; Max Roach and Roy Haynes, drums.  To be clear, this is not a great copy.  Take a good look at photos.  Vinyl retains its original sheen with multiple light and one pronounced mark (side 2, cut 1).  Will play with surface noise in places.  Plays through without skipping. Labels clean, very nice with light wear around deep groove side 2.  Jacket taped top and left, opposite opening, otherwise decent, check mark beside one cut back jacket with number 527 written lower left center (does not obscure any text, all readable.  All said, playable copy, reasonably rare.
