BUD POWELL "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol 1” RVG, P, DG, FR,  240G Blue Note 1503 Mono Vinyl

This is the 240 gram, "RVG" stamped, Deep Groove, Flat Rim, P-pressing of BUD POWELL’s "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol 1” on the "767 Lexington / 47 West 63rd” labels of Blue Note BLP 1503. Musicians include Fats Navarro, Sonny Rollins, Bud Powell, Tommy Potter, Roy Haynes.

FLAT RIM, 240 gram VINYL plays very well with light surface noise, well beneath the music.  Ensemble sections are very dynamic and clear. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Good gloss. Handful of hairline marks, couple feelable. (If you can't feel it you won't hear it).  The Deep Groove "767 Lexington / 47 West 63rd” labels are generally clean with spindle marks. See photos.

COVER is in Good shape, corners worn. Seams and spine show cracking, some splits. Right lower corner taped. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS, 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21" back jacket clean. Please see photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC AUDIO DESK SYSTEME VINYL PRO CLEANER.
