Cool record, great bargain, plays well sounds great, as is, not an expert in grading albums although in my opinion the cover and record look very good, perhaps a VG to VG++ on the record, the cover has a minor hole on the top right, see pics for details, low starting bid, 

Currently listing a huge private collection of albums from the 60's-80's to benefit a disaster fund.

Some records may need a bath, I always suggest cleaning records before playing.
