I have taken this record to a few people that claim to be experts that say it apears to never have been played. The record sits tight in the sleeve suggesting that it has not been removed from the sleeve many times also the sleeve was rated mint minus and the record was rated mint by all 3 people and they said you would be hard pressed to find another one of this quality. See condition. Others are asking $400-$500 for likely a lesser quality copy, so I believe my price is reasonable. Thank you for your interest.
