I bought this LP from a rare record dealer
over 35 years, who bought it from the man who worked on the movie and had it autographed
while doing the behind the scenes work where he met Buddy’s parents and Crickets Jerry Allison and Joe B. Mauldin.
To authenticate the signatures, I reached out to the Buddy Holly historians and experts at the various Buddy Holly fan clubs and online
groups including the “Buddy Holly Remembered” Facebook group,
and multiple Buddy Holly experts shared their own comparison signatures of Buddy’s family and Jerry Allison and Joe B. Mauldin, and unanimously concurred that the signatures are authentic.
Record cover is VG- and disc is VG+.
A unique and must have piece of personal memorabilia for a serious Buddy Holly collector.
