Somewhere Between EX and EX+ with caution being on the EX side -Disc itself is nice and clean and plays some great tunes but there are just a few too many of those light surface marks to be hand on heart graded EX+ ,and in all fairness these are only visible when viewed under a grading lamp and have no effect of the audio comfort factor,and anyway you can listen for yourself as we have sequed together a selection which includes both runin grooves to show that it holds together well for a 50 year old record - it is, as always available by clicking on the dancing girl below.
Labels EXCELLENT+ Totally free from any user embelishments such as writing or stickers,and with no tearing or scuffing.The spindlewear is comensurate with the vinyl grading as are the spindlemarks ,there are however a few spidery ones. Sleeve NEARLY EXCELLENTThe Front is nice and clean with very little loss of colour and negligable laminate creasing ,there is a very light ringwear when angled under a light,rear white card is clean with only a light darkening and a couple of small marks,the flipbacks are tight and reasonably clean with no laminate loss,and a little creasing only.we have however made a small repair to the mid spine of about an inch which is unobtrusive ,but there nevertheless.

Record Grading All of our Records are graded VISUALLY UNDER A STRONG LIGHT AND ARE ALL CLEANED AND PLAYED BEFORE LISTING, .We will also use the suffixes of (+/-) for items that can be classed as between 2 categories. MINT The Record itself is in Brand new condition OR with no surface marks or deterioration in sound Quality.The cover and inserts are in perfect condition EXCELLENT (EX) The Record shows signs of having been played,but there is very little lessening of sound quality.The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times ,but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,without major defects is acceptable. GOOD,FAIR,POOR,BAD Descriptions getting progressively worse until all you end up with is an ashtray ..The only records we will ever sell in these categories are for collection filling,and will be adequately described. Problem Solving Incorrect Grading The best way to buy a record is to pick it up study the surface of the vinyl and then make a decision,but as we all know this is not possible across the internet , and we all have to rely upon the judgment of others, and on occasions opinions differ,as responsible people we accept this,and always view such opinions with sympathy.Our policy is a simple one , we offer an unconditional refund including Post and Packaging costs for any items that do meet our grading in your opinion,we may sometimes ask for the item to be returned for evaluation,but in the main it is uneconomic for us to do this.and you get to keep the record for free.
