Description
Since I don't know how to grade vinyl records using an established grading system I've included an mp4 sample as an aid in grading the record. I planned to include two songs from each side but there is a limit of one video per listing.
I started collecting records in 1957 and this was the ninth LP I purchased. As you can see from the photo of the case index (not included in the listing) I have been a big Buddy Holly fan. Unfortunately, due to my hearing loss I can no longer hear music well enough to enjoy it so I'll be selling my records. However, both sides play without skips, although I can't evaluate the fidelity. As a guess I'd say it's probably typical for a mono of this age. I've included the matrix numbers to hopefully verify that it's a first pressing. As shown in the photos there's a split in one spine of the jacket and a crack in another spine and adhesive residue on the cover.
