Description
So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize. Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds and hi-fi equipment. It will take a while !!! For instant sale is a very good condition copy of the first UK pressing of the 'SQUAWK' album from 1972 by BUDGIE. It is on the MCA label and has the catalogue number MKPS 2023. The blue-black 'hexagon' MCA labels, matte sleeve and the matrix numbers in the run-out grooves ending in 1L all confirm that this is an original UK first pressing. The original sleeve is in overall very good condition for its age with no writing or major damage although there is some edge and corner wear especially on the spine although the spine is just about fully readable. There is also a little bit of ringwear on the rear sleeve and some wear on the front. Please study all the photos to see the condition for yourself. The record comes with its original inner sleeve. The labels are in excellent condition but there are some 'spindle trails'. The record is in great condition and plays really well with only occasional surface noise and 'pops'. Definitely no 'sticks' or 'jumps'. The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by Second Class 'tracked' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
