STUNNING NEAR MINT VINYL COPY!
The second long player from the Welsh trio shows them at their powerful best and was bettered only by their third album. There are some really intense rockers on the album like opener "Whiskey River" and "Hot as A Docker's Armpit", proving that while their lyrics are out there, that bluesy distorted amplified acoustic guitar and double bass drum treatment gives a good ride if your open to their sound and style.
The album has in the style of their other early records a few shorter acoustic ballads, "Make Me Happy" being a quite pleasant respite after the opening salvo of rockers. The album closer is also a nice menacing heavy rock piece, with mellotrons in evidence would you believe. If you like the bluesy groove of Black Sabbath’s early records, check this one out.

Sleeve: The sleeve is in reasonable condition with no major defects. Their is evidence of storage chafing, slight creasing and mild ringwear but overall the cover is in good shape : VERY GOOD
Vinyl: This copy has obviously been barely played. The reproduction is impressive. The playing surfaces are brilliantly shiny. I could only detect one VERY MINOR scratch under bright light : NEAR MINT
Inner Sleeve: Original polylined sleeve : VERY GOOD
Labels: MCA Records labels. Clean. No writing or anotations. : NEAR MINT
This is a superb copy of a classic album and at a low starting price!
