Description

On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Buffalo Springfield called 'Buffalo Springfield' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 'Corrected' 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Red/Maroon (Plum) Atlantic label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS WAS BUFFALO SPRINGFIELDS FIRST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS ON RELEASE BACK IN 1967 AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL IS THAT IT IS THE RAREST 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - AND PLAYS THE 'CORRECT' VERSION OF 'FOR WHAT ITS WORTH'!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  I WILL NOW EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT MAKES THIS LP SO UNBELIEVEABLY RARE!!!!  AS MANY COLLECTORS WILL ALREADY KNOW, WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK BACK IN 1967, THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE 'MISPRESSED' WITH THE WRONG TRACK.  ON THESE 'MISPRESSINGS' THE LP LISTED 'FOR WHAT ITS WORTH' ON THE LABEL AND COVER - BUT IT ACTUALLY PLAYED 'BABY DONT SCOLD ME' INSTEAD.  HOWEVER, DESPITE THE OFTEN CLAIMED 'RARE MISPRESSING' THESE 'MISPRESSINGS' ARE ACTUALLY FAR FAR MORE COMMON!!!!  BECAUSE UNLIKE THE U.S.A. (WHICH CORRECTED THIS ERROR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY!) IN THE UK, IT TOOK FAR LONGER TO CHANGE!!!!  AS A RESULT, THE TRUTH IS - THAT OVER 90% OF ALL UK 1ST PRESSINGS HAVE THE COMMON MISPRESSING, AND VIRTUALLY NONE HAVE THE 'CORRECTED VERSION' WHICH PLAYS THE CORRECT TRACKLISTING!!!!  BUT THIS ONE DOES - AND IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST UK 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!   AND THERE IS PLENTY OF EVIDENCE TO BACK THIS UP!!!!  I PERSONALLY HAVE HAD 14 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP SINCE 2002 - AND ONLY ONE EVER PLAYED THE 'CORRECTED VERSION' WITH THE CORRECT TRACKLISTING!!!!  AND THAT WAS WAY BACK IN 2003!!!!  SO DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING ABOUT 'RARE MISPRESSING', BECAUSE THE CATEGORICAL TRUTH IS - THAT THIS 'CORRECTED VERSION' (WHICH PLAYS THE CORRECT TRACKING LISTING ORDER!) IS AT LEAST 10 TIMES RARER THAN THE 'MISPRESSED' VERSION!!!!  SO HAVE NO DOUBTS ABOUT THE EXTREME RARITY OF THIS AMAZING LP - FOR THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL, THAT THIS IS THE RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER MADE - EVER!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 'CORRECTED' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS RED/MAROON (PLUM) ATLANTIC LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' MONO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Atlantic UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 587 070 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Red/Maroon (Plum) Atlantic Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 VERY light hairline, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!!  Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Laminated 'Patents Pending' MONO Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, barely ANY spinal wear AT ALL (virtually NONE!), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!!  SUPERB COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!!  It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP!!!!  THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 'CORRECTED' 1ST PRESSING OF "BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD" BY BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD, IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  Dont forget to take a look at all my other items including many other TOP LPs and contact me with any queries you may have.
