DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: a littke 'browning' around the edges, otherwise lovely..nice and clean..edges and corners sharp: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a few surface scratches..nothing deep and plays well with some static but no pops, clicks, skips or sticking...nice clear sound throughout: VISUAL G+ / AUDIO VG
VINYL - SIDE TWO: .just a few light surface hairlines....again plays well well with some static but no pops, clicks, skips or sticking...nice clear sound throughout: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG
LABELS: light wear around the centre hole, otherwise both Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
