Island Label Sampler
Original 1970 Issue
Here is a copy of ‘Bumpers’ - the double LP sampler issued by Island in 1970. This is the first pressing with the pink ‘i’ logo label - see right.
Island became well known for their samplers issued in the late 60s and early 70s. I am listing others from that series - please look at my other items.

Records are graded visually rather than aurally and gradings are based on the Record Collector, below.
Sleeve is very good - moderate/shelf handling wear. Small mark where price ticket was removed. Vinyl is excellent - without marks, bright and glossy. Please see pictures, right, which form part of the description.
Postage & Packing: £3.90 (UK), £8.00 (Rest of Europe), £15.00 (Worldwide).
I charge only actual cost of postage and packing and will seek most cost effective method. I am happy to combine items and pass on any saving. Proof of Posting is obtained for every item sent but on valuable or more expensive items, you might want to consider sending it signed for or tracked, which I can organise.

Record Collector Grading System:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played, and, although it may display signs of use including scuffs and marks, it plays without any major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
