Up for auction is “Rockers” b/w “Theme From Rockers” by Bunny Wailer (SP 008-34). Released in 1978 on the Solomonic label, this is the original Jamaican 12” with extended mixes by Sylvan Morris & Bunny Wailer. Backing includes Robbie Shakespeare (bass), Leroy Wallace (drums), Chinna & Dougie (guitar), Keith Sterling & Wire Lindo (keyboards), Nambo & Vin Gordon & Tommy McCook & Bobby Ellis & Herman Marquis & Dirty Harry (horns) and Sticky & Bunny Wailer (percussion).Matrices read: DSR 6517-A D.T./ DSR 6517-B D.T. Made In Jamaica, the record was kept in a poly-lined inner sleeve and the jacket in a poly outer sleeve. The record and the jacket are both rated Near Mint.
