Description

Original Stinson Burl Ives "Wayfaring Stranger" 10" lp, SIGNED by Burl Ives!  I purchased this at an estate sale, along with many home-recorded acetates of folk music; the gentleman who owned the house told me the acetates were him, and he met Burl at a Portland show in the 50s as a kid and had him sign it.  Record has some tics and pops, and while perfectly playable (that ol vinyl is tough), it isn't really the focus here. It also has the rare booklet of biography and lyrics. 
I gave the homeowner a CD of his acetates as a thank you for telling me about his life and how the record was signed, and some stories about his recordings. He hoped you will enjoy this item as much as he did meeting Burl.
