BURNIN RED IVANHOE - SELF TITLED UK PRESSING
WARNER BROS LABEL FIRST UK PRESSING RELEASED IN 1970 IN VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH SINGLE SLEEVE.
WS 3013 STEREO
This is a UK pressing of this classic Danish psyche album which was intended to be released on John Peel's Dandelion label but because of distribution problems it got released by Warner Bros. The album for anyone that has not heard it, it is classic psyche and it is in very good to excellent condition. Not a common album to find.
Tracks on this album are ACROSS THE WINDOWSILL - CANAL TRIP - ROTATING IRONS - GONG GONG THE ELEPHANT SONG - NEAR THE SEA - SECRET OYSTER SERVICE.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks excellent. Side two is in very good playing condition as there is some light background noise which can be noticed in the quieter parts, Side one plays excellently but there is two seconds of distortion during the guitar solo on the last track but it shouldn't spoil anyone's enjoyment of this classic.
The SLEEVE, The Garrod & Lofthouse single sleeve is very clean. There is light wear to the edges otherwise its quite respectable. and the spine still legible but RNE have worn away. Needless to say it's free from unwanted stickers or nasty writing etc.
The LABELS, The green first issue labels are clean showing moderate spindle wear, Needless to say there is no unwanted writing or sticker marks etc.
The INNER, The generic white inner is clean with no splits etc but there is a cat number that can be seen in the top corner.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc
