Visual and played using the Goldmine grading system (see below).
This record is graded-
Played- VG on the "Baby Boy" side with light surface noise on the lead in and run out. Has a few light ticks and a few louder ticks. Music is good, strong, and loud. VG- to G+ on the "You've Got..." side with surface noise on the lead in and run out, light ticks off and on and towards the end, a spot that is crackly sounding (G+). Music is strong and loud. I played it on a mid 80's, Techniques, direct drive turntable with 1.25 oz. of weight on the tone arm and it played just fine.
Visual VG on the "Baby Boy" with some light scratches. Still has great shine. VG- on the "You've Got..." side with some more light scratches and a few deeper ones (the crackly spot in the music) Still has nice shine. On the 5th picture there is a shiny spot from a reflection. It's not on the record.

Goldmine Grading for 45rpm Records (summarized)-
SS New and unplayed, still sealed in plastic.
M-Like new just as if you opened it from the record store. No flaws of any kind including factory defects like label off center, small bubbles, etc. Absolutely clean sound when played.
VG+Very few light scratches or scuffs and other minor signs of handling that will NOT show up in the playing.
VGMore flaws than a VG+. light scratches, some that might be felt with a fingernail and / or more scuffs. Playing will have some surface noise in play in, fade out and quiet passages. Some scratches might be heard. Music is good and not overpowered by the flaws. It is still a nice playing, sounding record. Labels might have minor writing, stickers and other flaws.
G / G+ Good does not mean bad. The record still plays through but has significant surface noise and scratches. Labels are worn or written on, stickers,etc.
PRecord is in very bad shape, lots of surface noise and scratches, won’t play through without skipping.
