Summer of '65 and Columbia was having it's annual convention for DJs, PMs and industry insiders at Miami Beach. Those attendees received this specially pressed sampler spotlighting their best and brightest new stars. Legend has it that these stars and several others from the stable performed the closing night of the festivities and Paul Revere and the boys blew everyone else off the stage. Not surprising since they had been a show band for five years already.
How many were pressed? How many attended? Don't know, but this doesn't turn up very often.
Only pressed in mono and the catalog number is DJ 12. Front is really nice, good seams, back has yellowing/aging.
