Description
Original UK Harvest/EMI label stereo 1st press LP, with the lyric inner, 'Sympathy Music' credits on the label and the earliest A-1 B-1 matrices and 1-G 1-G stampers of the first few hundred copies pressed!
The Garrod & Lofthouse matt sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear & some light creasing/storage wear on the cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the Harvest inner and lyric insert are intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings. The sound reproduction is EX+, clear & precise with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief, low background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great, loud & pumchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; SHSP-4022, A-1 stamper 1-G, B-1 stamper 1-G. This is one of the very earliest copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1972 UK stereo issue of this album!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
