Overall in very good condition, I could not see any scratches to the vinyl (I've owned it from new and only played it a couple of times). The sleeve is a gatefold style, there are some small scuffs to the top (see 8th pic) so the paper is very slightly torn. There is also a crease on the top corner (see 9th pic). The front looks fine aside from some slight discolouration because it is white paper it's hard to stop it from ageing, but overall as I say it's in very good condition.
