Bach Brandenburg 2 & 5 Munchinger UK Decca SXL 2126 ED1
Karl Munchinger with the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra performs Bach’s “Brandenburg Concertos” No’s 2 and 5. An English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SXL 2126 stampers 1E/1E), the labels are black and silver with original recording by…at 10 o’clock, a Full Frequency stereophonic Sound Fatband and FFSS logo, and a groove. The record is of excellent appearance, and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has rubbed with a ring and some small creases.
